 Our rates are on a per night basis, based on double occupancy, and do not include tax.
Additional Occupancy is: $10.00
per person per day.
Children under 12
are free when staying with adults.
Young adults age 13-24 must have a chaperone age 35 or older staying in the same unit.
 We welcome family pets (dogs or cats, maximum 2 animals) on our first two floors. The fee for pets is $25 per night per pet.

| Holiday Rates |
Holiday periods require a 3 night minimum stay. Memorial Day and Independence Day rates are priced at “Middle Season” Rate plus $50 per night. Labor Day rates are priced at the “Low Season” Rate plus $30 per night. Other Holiday Periods are priced at their quoted season rate. For additional Holiday Period rate information, call or e-mail us about the holiday period you are considering.

| Deposit/Cancellation Information |
Deposit
Casa requires two nights deposits for 14-days or more.
A 3 night deposit is required for
reservations of 14 nights or more.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellations at least 30 days before arrival will receive a full
refund.
Cancellations made less than 30 days before arrival for Holiday Periods and during the Winter and Middle Seasons forfeit the deposit.
During the Low Season dates, cancellations must be made at least 14 days before
arrival to receive a full refund. (less than 14 days in advance will forfeit the deposit) |
